TRANSDEV AUCKLAND MEDIA RELEASE

This evening a ceremonial signing took place between contracting partners, Greater Wellington Regional Council, Transdev and Hyundai Rotem for the operation of the Wellington Metro Rail contract. This followed the official signing on Thursday 10 March.

Transdev Wellington and partner Hyundai Rotem, today welcomed the news of being announced as the preferred bidder to operate and maintain the Greater Wellington Passenger Rail Service by Greater Wellington Regional Council (GWRC).

Transdev Auckland is proud to be recognising International Day of People with Disabilities, a United Nations sanctioned event celebrated worldwide today, and supported by the New Zealand Human Rights Commission. This is a day to promote the understanding of people with disability and encourage support for their dignity, rights and wellbeing. The 2015 theme is Inclusion matters: access and empowerment for people with all abilities.
